SNOW IS COMING DOWN AND WINTER IS HERE IN FORCE. WE HAD RAIN AND 46 DEGREES YESTERDAY AND TODAY IT IS IN 20'S AND SNOWING AGAIN WITH MORE EXPECTED THIS WEEK.
CAN NOT WAIT TILL I AM OFF TO LOUISVILLE AND BALTIMORE A MONTH LATER. THE CRAB CAKES ARE DELICIOUS IN BALTIMORE AND I WILL CERTAINLY EAT MY SHARE.
SUNSHINE AND SPRING AND WARM WEATHER WILL BE ON ITS WAY I HOPE.

THIS WINTER HAS BEEN AN OLD FASHIONED ONE IN MUSKEGON WITH ALOT OF SNOW AND SLIPPERY ROADS. WE CONTINUE TO SEND OUT ALOT OF UNITS ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES , CANADA AND IN FACT ALL OVER THE WORLD.
YES WE SHIP TO EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, ENGLAND, NEW ZEALAND, AND MIDDLE EAST TO NAME A FEW.
TWO FRIENDS OF MINE AND I ARE MAKING A ROAD TRIP DOWN TO THE " SHOW OF SHOWS " IN LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY. IT IS A MILITARY ARMS SHOW AND THEN IN MARCH I WILL BE OFF TO BALTIMORE TO THE ANNUAL ANTIQUES ARMS SHOW AT THE TIMONIUM FAIR GROUNDS IN TOWSON MARYLAND.
CAN NOT WAIT TILL THE SNOW DISAPPEARS AND CAMPING SEASON STARTS AGAIN.

Fifth in your emergency kit is a box of sterile 4"x4" gauze pads #50 and a 4 inch and 6 inch ace bandage roll.
A-The ace can be used to stabilize jointa when you twist or sprain them
B-You can use the ace bandages and any stiff object ie. a roll of papers, stick, ice scrapper, etc. to splint a fracture.
C-you can use the sterile gauze and an ace bandage to cover wounds , burns or put compession dressing over a bleeding site till you get to an ER

FOURTH-PLACE IN YOUR KIT SEVERAL SIZES OF BANDAGES WHICH WILL MOLD TO THE AREA COVERED"FABRIC TYPE" AND TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT. ALSO INCLUDE SILVADENE BURN CREAM WHICH WILL BOTH KILL BACTERIA AND DEBRIDE DEAD TISSUE IF YOU GET A BURN OF ANY TYPE.

Put a small bottle of antibacterial soap and clean water in your kit. Washing a wound or cut reduces the number of bacteria and therefore decreases the chance of an infection.

SECOND-If anyone has had a severe allergic reaction including hives, breathing problems and swelling of the face or body contact your doctor for a persciption EPI-PEN and carry it with you along with Benadryl pills so you can take it after exsposure to prevent a severe reaction. An allergic reaction can cause death.

Traveling Vacations remove you from the stress of daily work and living. You relax especially if you can do it on your own schedule.
If you travel by airplane there are hours of waiting with canceled and delayed flights. When you arrive at your destination you wonder if the bed is clean and who slept in it last night. Did housekeeping clean the floors and sanitize the bathroom? Our clothing , toiletries and personal items are only what we can pack in the suitcase.
With an RV you bring your own clean home with you. You do not have to pack and unpack and are not limited by a suitcase. You travel at your own leisure starting and stopping where you want to stop. It may be a campground or at the end of a road along the ocean.

Welcome to Lakeshore RV 's Doctor. Yes the Doctor is in and waiting for your questions or comments. I would like to introduce my father who was a family physician for over 30 years, Dr Gregory Sobczak. He has retired into my industry and now I am paying for his retirement. I hope he will be as informative and interesting as I have found him over the years. He was never shy about giving his opinion or opinions on any topic.
